WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

A Senior Account Manager to join our growing corporate team in the UK. We’re building Audio Network’s relationships directly with businesses and brands across all industries, as companies continue to strive to accompany their branded content with the best music. Think Nike instagram, Sainsbury’s TV adverts or UNICEF training videos. The SAM will manage a portfolio of key customers, support the development of the company’s growth strategy and be a face of ANW externally. We are looking for someone who is passionate about music and enjoys working in a collaborative environment. Someone meticulously organized, commercial and super proactive.

You will be part of the Audio Network family, but more specifically a close-knit sales team, managing the UK, Nordics and the rest of the world. A group of music enthusiasts (artists, DJs, producers, etc.) the team is progressive in our approach to what we do and all care about each other. Based in our stunning Hatton Garden office, using a hybrid working model, you will spend your time here and visit new and existing Enterprise customers.


THE ROLE
  • Manage a growing portfolio of mid to high value brands, support them throughout their subscription and manage monthly renewals
  • Focus on driving high retention, limiting churn, and growing active users, while negotiating upsells to grow the portfolio of high-value customers
  • Work closely with the team on the development of the VIP account customer engagement strategy, proactively bringing new ideas and approach to ensure we drive the best service levels in the market
  • Regular, multi-channel client communication, driving a return to external client meetings as well as events, functions and entertainment to network and present where appropriate – you will be the face of ANW for some of our largest accounts
  • Stakeholder management and collaboration with other ANW teams to ensure the continued delivery of excellent customer service
  • Regularly use relevant data sources to shape decisions, evaluate performance and identify opportunities
  • Embrace the company’s core values ​​of passion, performance, innovation and collaboration in the way you work with clients and other team members

SPECIAL SKILLS

Live

  • 5+ years of senior level account management, preferably in music, content licensing or media
  • Strong track record in building exceptional long-term relationships, delivering impeccable service levels and customer support
  • Experience managing a range of tasks, as well as high-level meetings and presentations
  • Proven ability to manage ads and use data to negotiate high value deals

  • Commercial acumen: Strong ability to understand pricing, deal structuring and negotiation.
