REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR BUILDING DEMOLITION SERVICES Sealed proposals for the demolition of the Carriage House Motel, Happy China & Hibachi Restaurant and nearby storage buildings located in Lebanon, Virginia will be received by Keith L. The opening of proposals will be public immediately after the deadline for receipt of proposals. Any proposal received after the indicated submission deadline will not be accepted. The project includes complete demolition operations necessary for the complete removal of the building and includes partial recycling of metal construction elements (steel columns, beams and joists; copper and / or aluminum HVAC unit coils; etc. ), legal disposal of debris off-site, and site restoration and stabilization after demolition is complete.
