Tax season is often a stressful time, especially for small businesses. Delta Effects’ mission is to reduce that anxiety and support small businesses on their journey to success. “We are an accounting firm focused on supporting small businesses,” says Anu Singh, Principal Accountant at Delta Effects. The company offers services for small businesses and individuals. This includes accounting, payroll, entity formation, HR administration, and of course tax preparation. Delta Effects also offers support for nonprofits, estates, and trusts, including tax preparation.
While investing in an accountant and financial advisor is an important step towards financial security, it can also be one of the most expensive. Delta Effects strives to provide superior service at a price that suits individuals and small businesses. “Our prices are so reasonable and affordable that people can actually have someone like us on their team,” Singh says. “We work with clients who otherwise cannot afford an accountant, accounting firms, bookkeeping or payroll. We provide quality service at a reasonable cost to the businesses that need us most. With Delta Effects, business owners can save money while ensuring their business finances are in experienced hands.
Delta-effects is a small team of more than 10 members led by three main partners: Anu Singh, Donna Lyle and Khandan Poureftekhar. The management team has over 100 years of combined experience in a variety of fields, allowing everyone to bring a unique perspective to its operations. Each is a member of the National Association of Enrolled Agents and the Colorado Society of Enrolled Agents.
Singh, a federally licensed tax professional enrolled agent (EA), offers extensive experience with various accounting industries. His accounting experience includes corporate accounting, payroll, audits, valuation, cost accounting and various analyses. Additionally, Singh has experience in proposal writing, grant writing and government contracts. Singh also specializes in various tax returns.
Singh is joined by Donna Lyle at Delta Effects who is also a Registered Enrolled Agent. Lyle offers in-depth knowledge of tax laws, audits and representations. She has led seminars on taxation and has been a trainer in various companies. In addition to all other types of taxes, Lyle specializes in nonprofit, estate and trust tax filings.
The management team is complemented by Khandan Poureftekhar, a senior accountant with experience in auditing and grant application. In addition to being an Enrolled Agent (EA) registered with the IRS, Poureftekhar offers experience in various accounting industries as well as comprehensive tax preparation experience. She specializes in non-resident tax, foreign income, business, and various other types of tax filings.
In addition to their collective experience preparing audit statements, the Delta Effects team prides itself on a fierce loyalty and commitment to each individual client. “We are nurturers by nature and we really care about our customers,” says Singh. Just recently, a client told Singh, “You make us feel like we’re the only client you have.” While that’s not true – the team is filing over 650 tax returns from their small office – Delta Effects’ mission is to provide this personalized and responsive experience for its customers. “We bend back and then a little bit for every client we have,” says Singh. “The satisfaction of our customers is our number one priority. We don’t discriminate how you dress, what kind of work you do – when you walk into Delta, you’re a valued Delta customer.
What Customers Are Saying About Delta Effects
Drew Dolan became a Delta Effects client in 2014 after doing a quick Google search for accountants. In addition to accounting, the company handles payroll and tax accounting for Dolan’s real estate investment and holding company, which owns and manages mobile home parks, self-storage and other investment real estate. “One of the things that sets Delta Effects apart from everyone else is that when I hired them, they were willing to learn accounting and management software specific to my industry,” says Dolan. “They have a yes-we-can attitude and they’ve backed that up with results. They’re willing to adapt to their customer’s needs instead of trying to make customers adapt to delta effects. Dolan also noted the family and nurturing feeling that Delta Effects strives to provide to all of its customers. “They are genuinely concerned about your success,” he says. “They treat you like family and they own also the expertise and in-depth knowledge to support even a small, complex mine.”
Dr. Harald Joessar of Gunbarrel Family Dentistry began using Delta Effects for bookkeeping, accounting and tax services three years ago. Unhappy with his business at the time, Joessar stopped by the Delta Effects office to inquire about accounting services. “They asked for my activity reports and we arranged a meeting a few days later,” he says. “During the meeting, I was blown away by their level of expertise. They completely rebuilt my books for that first meeting and I wasn’t even a customer. Joessar found that the Delta Effects team stayed up until the wee hours of the morning before the meeting, working tirelessly to earn their jobs. “I’ve used five different accounting firms over the years, including a one-man show, online services, and a full-service dental accounting firm,” says Joessar. “Delta Effects gives me personalized service, great work and affordable prices all in one place. I trust them completely. »
Delta Effects is so confident that customers will be satisfied with their service that they offer free consultations. This risk-free arrangement allows customers to know exactly what Delta Effects can provide before committing their hard-earned cash. “When you leave our office, you will have more knowledge than you came in with,” Singh says.
Not only does Delta Effects work to support small startups, but it provides scalable fees and works with a number of nonprofits, many of which pay flat fees for bookkeeping and tax preparation. “When someone comes here and their business can’t afford the services we provide, but they clearly need us, we’ll support them,” Singh says. In keeping with its commitment to service, Delta Effects is offering a 15% discount to teachers, military, police, and emergency responders.
From individuals to businesses, startups to established companies, Delta Effects enjoys working with each of its clients. “We love being an integral part of every client’s team,” says Singh. “We support them from within to help them build healthy, successful and profitable businesses.” With a centralized location in Gunbarrel, Delta Effects can service customers in Longmont, Loveland, Superior, Louisville and beyond.
