Unless otherwise agreed in writing between SOCSD and the successful supplier, this RFP must be incorporated into the Sixteenth Section Land Management Contract and SOCSD must order these services on a SOCSD Purchase Order. SOCSD is not obligated to enter into the Supplier’s Standard Service Agreement and the terms of this RFP should be incorporated into the SOCSD Purchase Order. There will be no change, addition, deletion, modification or amendment to the contract unless it has been approved in writing by SOCSD. The seller may not assign its contract with SOCSD with respect to any of its rights or duties under it without the prior written consent of SOCSD.
